RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Salubritas Health Products, we take great care in producing our supplements to support your health and wellness journey. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with Salubritas products, please contact us at rob@salubritashealthproducts.com within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will provide a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

* This policy applies only to the initial purchase of each product.

You acknowledge that Salubritas Health Products is not obligated to issue refunds for any products. While we may offer refunds, each request is considered individually, and we reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our sole discretion.

Please follow the specific instructions provided by our customer service team to ensure your refund is processed accurately and promptly.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

For any unopened products purchased from our website within 30 days, we accept returns for a refund. To start the process, email us at rob@salubritashealthproducts.com with your order number, a receipt or proof of purchase, a photo of the unopened product, and the reason for your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened products for a refund. 

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package. If the product is found to be opened upon arrival, we will not honor any previously approved refund.

Return shipping labels are available only for orders within the continental US, and no additional postage is required. Items returned without first requesting a return label will not be accepted. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details. A representative will respond within 48-72 hours. Damaged items must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Contact us at rob@salubritashealthproducts.com immediately to resolve the issue. If you refuse a package due to visible damage, you will not be charged for return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund if your return is approved.

NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rob@salubritashealthproducts.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.


SHIPPING FEES

In most cases, a processing fee of $3 and a shipping fee based on your zip code will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged or an error was made on our part. We may request a photo of the incorrect or damaged product before waiving the return shipping fee.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


CREDIT PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will take an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

If after 5-7 business days you do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company to check for pending refunds. You can also contact our customer experience team to confirm that the refund has been processed.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed on salubritashealthproducts.com are processed immediately to ensure quick shipping. As a result, we usually cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. We allow 1 hour after your order is placed to cancel it. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

After receiving your order, you may request a return label and receive a refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Full refunds for processed and received subscription orders cannot be provided.

You will receive an email three days before any subscription product is processed and shipped, allowing you to modify, skip, or cancel before it ships. Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you no longer want the product after receiving it, we can issue a refund with a return fee based on your zip code.


INTERNATIONAL REFUND POLICY

At this time, we do not offer international returns.

Salubritas Health Products is not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, or undelivered shipments or those seized by customs.

Salubritas Health Products is not responsible for duplicated orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all guidelines outlined in the Return Policy.
